Information on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) we inform you that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:

1. Processing purposes:
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details) - hereinafter, "personal data" or also "data" communicated by you on the occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the Data Controller's services.
2. Purpose of the processing and legal basis of the processing

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, we inform you that the purposes of the processing are:

  1. provide the services requested by the interested party and/or available on the site managed by the undersigned which carries out food industry activities; the legal basis is the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same;
  2. fulfill contractual, legal, regulatory or community legislation obligations and fulfill accounting, fiscal and administrative obligations; the legal basis is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the owner is subject.
  3. sending advertising material; the approval is the legal basis.
3. Mode and duration of treatment

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in the art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship.

4. Data access and data communication

Your data may:

  • be known to the Data Controller's employees and collaborators, in their capacity as appointees and/or system administrators;
  • be communicated to third-party companies or other subjects (for example, agent network, factoring companies, debt collection companies, commercial information companies, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies, etc.) that carry out activities outsourced on behalf of the Owner.

Personal data cannot be disclosed.

5. Data transfer

Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

6. Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to respond

The provision of the data requested for the purposes referred to in point 2. sections a), b) is necessary for the correct carrying out of its activity and for the effective management and provision of the services connected to it and failure to provide it will not allow the undersigned to carry out what is requested.

The provision of the data requested for the purposes referred to in point 2. section c) is optional and it is necessary to obtain specific consent; if you do not provide consent for such activities, this will not affect the provision of the requested service.

7. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation from the owner as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, in this case, he or she has the right to obtain access to the personal data, rectification and cancellation of the same. or the limitation of processing, you have the right to object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes and automated decision-making; furthermore, you have the right to portability, to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
